The product took a while to arrive but it's ok, since I was warned about that possibility before buying. But it came in good packaging and condition.

I bought a charger and battery combo. The charger worked perfectly. The battery wasn't quite what I needed. Nevertheless I was issued a refund and got to keep the battery, since it was faulty.
